Herbivore Coco Rose Coconut Oil Body Polish
I recently tried another body exfoliant after the Indie Lee scrub from this post. The experience was nearly identical – good product, not my favorite scent and overpriced. The Herbivore Coco Rose Coconut Oil Body Polish has a subtle rose scent. Rose-scented products are normally not my favorite, but this one isn’t half bad. Rose tends to be really overpowering to me, but it was such a hint of scent that it was tolerable. Note: not good, just tolerable – but that’s just my personal taste.
This sugar scrub exfoliates well, and the coconut oil leaves your skin hydrated once rinsed off. I specifically love using this as a foot scrub, and it has done wonders on my heels. Always be careful using these oily bath products as they make the tub a hazard zone.
I would love to have this product with a different scent, which is why I am still considering making my own sugar scrub instead. Not only could it be customized to my favorite scents, but this 8 oz. jar is $36 and a DIY version is significantly cheaper. I’m pretty sure this is the last expensive body scrub I buy from now on.
